2. Strategy: target market, legal, location, HR, Sales, marketing, workflow. 

3. Analysis: SWOT, Competition, market, BCG matrix 

4. Financial: development costs, Financial projections, Financial ratios

14:45 - 15:45 The strategy: (Re)defining target audience, legal, location - followed by a panel discussion covering legal and real estate questions

16:00 – 17:45 The strategy: HR, Sales and Marketing - followed by panel discussion covering human development, sales and marketing matters

10:00 11:45  The strategy: workflow and KPIs - Followed by a panel discussion covering ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for the automation and its importance in connecting strategy to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and dashboards

12:00 - 13:45   Analysis: SWOT, Competition, Market trends, BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group Matrix - Products analysis)

15:00-17:00 Financial: development costs, financial budgeting and forecast, financial ratios - Followed by a panel discussion with the auditor, the insurance and the bank about the important audit, taxation and financial tips and questions

17:00-18:00 Important financial decisions, open questions, case study and action plan

18:00 - 18:30 Open networking

PS: Note that the agenda is tentative and flexible to adjust to the audience's needs.

Also note that attendees will have the chance to submit their questions and concerns   in advance regarding each topic, to be handled by the experts during the workshop/panel discussions.
